A new blog – it’s kind of like a new book that needs phrases marked, notes put in the margins, the spine stretched, and a few dog-eared pages. I decided to jump start that process here by challenging myself to a clay sketch a day for the next 30 days. Clay sketches are like pencil sketches, except they’re made of clay. They are very loose interpretations of what I envision in my head before I start a new sculpture.
